Sample Preparation
Crush & Grind the sample to size ≤ 1mm, then insert the sample into furnace under 815℃ to burn completely ,then grind the ash to the size ≤ 0.1mm

Set the temperature rising speed of VM/A in software before analysis;

Procedure
1. Weigh 0.6g±0.1g for Moisture and Ash in M&A part according to the instruction manual. Make sure sample in crucible is flattened before you start analysis.
2. Weigh 0.6g±0.1g for Moisture and Ash in VM part according to the instruction manual. After sample weighing, cover the lid on crucible.
3. click start , results will be given automatic after analysis.
